BASIC TYPE DIVISION:

Master clock D201 is available in:
  • Standard - STD, with mp3 player - MP3, with power backup - UPS, for use in big time distribution systems - MAX
  • Rack - RQ or wall -mounted  - PQ version
  • Input slot for GPS receiver and C232 interface to connect with PC.

NOTE: GPS input can be used to connect GPS or DCF receiver.

  • designed to manage slave analog and digital clocks in time distribution systems in stations, factories, schools, hotels, airports, malls, office buildings, etc.
  • Passive energy backup - internal time of master clock is working during a power cut, while analog slave clocks are stopped. Analog slave clocks will be set up automatically after renewal of power supply
D201RQ/STD - FEATURES
  • 1 slave link - suitable for small time distribution systems

  • Metal casing compatible with 19 inches rack system or table version with shorter front panel.
  • Can work independently, without synchronization from outside.
  • Input slot for GPS receiver providing high accuracy. For example GPS receiver D910SQ.
  • C232 interface to connect with PC. It is possible to use USB virtual COM converter.
  • Synchronization from link 485 can be added. It is bi-directional interface. It is possible to use to set up slave clock with time from master clock or to set up master clock time from superior master clock device.
  • The master clock can be extended with a wireless DHF system with D216 converter.

CONFIGURABLE OPTIONS

C485 INTERFACE:
  • NO - interface is not used
  • YES - It is possible to synchronize connected devices (digital clocks, other master clocks ) or be synchronized by another device.
VERSION:
  • RACK - compatible with 19" rack system. Handles on front panel are used.
  • TABLE - front panel is shorter. Handles are not used. Better version to be situated on a table or shelf.
SLAVE LINK:
  • 1X - at least one link is always used.

NOTE: Each slave polarized link is for voltage 24 VDC and has electronic current overload protection set to 0,5 A. Selection of minute/second mode with jumper on link board.

RELAY:
  • RELAY1 - at least RELAY1 is always used. One contact switches voltage 24 VDC (e.g. for bells). Other contact is lead out separately (marked as RELAY1 NC).
  • RELAY2 (SOCKET 230V/50HZ) - switches power supply into build-in socket on back panel.
  • RELAY1 + RELAY2 - both RELAY are used.
ADDITIONAL SYNCHRONIZATION
  • NO - The input is not used
  • IMPULSE SLAVE LINE NPUT - The slave line input is used. It allows to synchronize one or more the master clocks from other SONTEK master clock. The slave can use the minute mode with the ML01 protocol, but even more preferred is the second mode with the SL02 protocol (time and date are transmitted every minute).
  • NTP - The master clock is equipped with an Ethernet input with the possibility to synchronize time from two selected NTP servers.
THERMOMETER INPUT
  • NO - not installed
  • YES - it allows to connect thermometer (e.g. D111SQ). Information about temperature can be distributed into slave clocks using C485 or second polarized link.
8xRELAY MODULE
  • NO - not installed
  • YES - enables to switch 8 relay based on time settings. 24V voltage use only.
LAN MODULE
  • NO - not installed
  • YES - Remote control through LAN with MonTIME PC application (for windows).
